Yoga Rise - 60 mins

Yoga Rise – 60
is an early morning 60-minute yoga practice that will wake your body and mind up to welcome the day ahead. Gently stretch and strengthen your body and clear and focus your mind to start the day feeling grounded and centred. This class is a combination of gently paced Hatha yoga flows with full body movement, sun salutations and a few moments of meditative mindfulness. Suitable for all.

Yoga Slow Flow - 75
is a 75-minute class that combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the slow stillness of Yin yoga. The Yoga Slow Flow class is a beautifully balanced class that is a fusion of strength-building movement and restorative stretches. Yoga Slow Flow will make you work and allow for rest giving you the best of both worlds. Suitable for all levels.

(45 and 60 minutes respectively) classes are Vinyasa style yoga sessions that provide full body yoga flows and movement. The class is designed to get you moving at a moderate pace and brings in some gentle balances for a well-rounded efficient workout. Suitable for those that want to get their heart rate up a little and build on their yoga experience and practice.
Yoga Release – 60 mins

Yoga Release - 60 is a 60-minute Yin Yoga class that can be challenging by way of prolonged poses that target and encourage connective tissues (ligaments/ fascia/ joints) to find a sense of release, as opposed to working the muscles in the more dynamic flow classes. Whilst the Yin class is slower and more meditative, it asks you to hold poses for longer periods of time and to breathe deeply into the discomfort experienced in the pose to release and let go (to find ‘comfort in the discomfort’). Suitable for those who want to increase their flexibility, reduce stress and complement their more dynamic/ athletic practices.
Yoga Harmony – 60 mins

Yoga Harmony - 60 is a 60-minute Yin-Yang style yoga class that brings together the slower paced Yin practice with some more dynamic Yang movement to harmonise the cooling and warming energies of Yin and Yang respectively. Be guided through a session that works on both stillness and movement; suppleness and strength; flexibility and agility - these opposing energies become harmonised and syncronised in this practice. Suitable for all and those that want to experience a balanced practice.
Yoga Stretch - 60

Yoga Stretch - 60 is a 60-minute yoga practice that gently stretches and promotes mindful movement of your body. Different props (like chairs, blocks, bolsters and straps) are used to support the stretches whilst conscious breathing techniques assist to move you further and deeper into your stretch. Suitable for those that are wanting to increase flexibility safely.
Yoga Restore - 75 mins

Yoga Restore – 75 is a 75-minute class that allows you to slow down and find moments of deep rest. This class combines some gentle yoga moves and restorative practices with the use of props to support your body. Your nervous system can be given the chance to reset and find balance to relieve stress and restore your system. Suitable for all.
