Midday Mindfulness

The Midday Mindfulness class invites you to come as you are (no need to get changed). Come and sit on mats, cushions or chairs; close your eyes and relax your body and mind for 30 minutes during your lunch break. There will be some guided meditation and quiet moments to reset yourself for the afternoon and evening. Suitable for all.
Meditate Calm – 45
(For all)
Meditate Calm – 45 offers time to move into a state of calm through mindful meditative practice. Be guided to let go of mind clutter and find the space to feel expansive and settled. Suitable for all.
Meditate Sound – 45
(For all)
Meditate Sound – 45 offers 45 minutes of meditation and relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound. Be bathed in crystal bowl sound waves and a variety of healing sound instruments. Divine! Suitable for all.
